Bottle@chriso pre-gbbf shindig 2012. Hazy golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is spices, yeast, some fruityness as well as sweet malts. Flavour is being rather similar with the spicy and yeasty notes being more evident. Pleasantly balanced and smooth and hides the alcohol rather well.

Cask@Fat Cat Brewery Tap, Norwich. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, wooden, floral and has some slight doughlike notes as well. Flavour is bready, floral, hoppy and some slight earthy notes as well.

Bottle at Chriso’s Pre-GBBF Shindig, 2012. It pours cloudy golden, with pretty much no head. The nose is spice, dough, toast, banana and sweet tinned fruit. The taste is tinned pear, apple, melon, pear drops, banana, spice, subtle cucumber notes and a touch of celery. Alcohol is well hidden. Medium body and fine carbonation. Not bad.

Cask at the Claret. It pours straw yellow, with a medium white head. The nose is citrus fruit (particularly lemon), tinned fruit and floral notes. The taste is zesty citrus, rather dry, biscuit, touch of soap, floral and some bitterness with a dry, citric finish. Light-medium body and soft. A solid citrussy golden ale.

ChrisOs Early December Tasting. Clear dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Tangy dark malt. Mild hop bitterness and a thin dry finish. Not bad.

Bottle 500ml. [ As Fat Cat Stout Cat ].Clear dark brown colour with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, roasted, honey. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long to average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20111202] 7-3-7-3-14 Cask (gravity) @ Fat Cat, 49 West End Street, Norwich, Norfolk, England NR2 4NA. [ As Fat Cat Stout Cat ].Clear dark black brown colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, chocolate, caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, dark malt, roasted, dark roasted, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Bottled@Chriso (bought from Fat Cat, Norwich). Very deep ruby colour, small head. Aroma is fruity, wooden, mild ashes and some slight earthy and herbal notes. Flavour is caramel, toffee, roasted malts and some mild smoked wet wooden notes.

Murky brown color, small off-white head. Nutty caramel aroma, also fermentation aromas. Medium-bodied. Caramel, toffee, grassy, diacetyl, Finish has some bitterness.
