Description
Since launching in early 2018 we have grown and adapted our setup to form a small but tight-knit team of six running the day to day operations of the brewery – Founder Sean, Head brewer Lally, Assistant Brewers Scott, Guy and Matt; And head of sales Arron.
Our motto is to never stop improving; we’re always learning and tweaking our beer designs to create the best beer we possibly can, packaged into only kegs and cans to optimise freshness and keep our beer tasting as fresh as it does from the source.

27/6/2026. Can at the ITFC world cup beer share. From Polly’s, courtesy of ITFCfan. Very nice pour. Aroma is toasted, toffee, biscuit, dried fruits. Is a touch woody and spiced. Good body. Polly’s worked this well.

440ml can in the heatwave. Hazed yellow complexion. Way too overcarbed unfortunately.. could be the heat, had to pour another beer to wait for this to calm down. Appealing melange of spikey tropically fruit, pithy outcrops, and piney moments, but not quite seamless in how it comes together.
