Description
Since launching in early 2018 we have grown and adapted our setup to form a small but tight-knit team of six running the day to day operations of the brewery – Founder Sean, Head brewer Lally, Assistant Brewers Scott, Guy and Matt; And head of sales Arron.
Our motto is to never stop improving; we’re always learning and tweaking our beer designs to create the best beer we possibly can, packaged into only kegs and cans to optimise freshness and keep our beer tasting as fresh as it does from the source.

440ml can, I do believe from a supermarket. Morrisons is a likely contender. Pours a misty gold, large white head. Aroma of melon, grapefruit, citrus.. continues to taste with a slight off flavour.. lacks a punchy bitterness, a little weak and airy with a distant sour element coming into play. Falls short for me.

440ml can. Pours a very deep burgundy red, no head. Aroma of chocolate and vanilla, blackcurrant and sour cherries. Taste starts with chocolate, very tart sour cherries and blackcurrant, more dark berry fruits, lingering cocoa and vanilla, good balance of sweet and sour. Medium bodied, smooth - good in my opinion but definitely not "thick" like they said it was.
Decent pastry sour, not really my thing these days but it was enjoyable.

10/4/2026. Keg at the Isle of Man CAMRA 13th Beer & Cider Festival. Good pour. Fresh, hoppy, tropical aroma. Guava, peach, apple and blackberry. Dank, herbal, slightly musty edge. Moderate sweetness, medium plus bitterness. Medium body, smooth, quite lively (but then I have been on cask all afternoon). It’s typically Polly’s good.
