Description
Since launching in early 2018 we have grown and adapted our setup to form a small but tight-knit team of six running the day to day operations of the brewery – Founder Sean, Head brewer Lally, Assistant Brewers Scott, Guy and Matt; And head of sales Arron.
Our motto is to never stop improving; we’re always learning and tweaking our beer designs to create the best beer we possibly can, packaged into only kegs and cans to optimise freshness and keep our beer tasting as fresh as it does from the source.

440ml can. Pours black with a tan head. Aroma of milky coffee, vanilla, chocolate, roast malts. Taste has lots of milky coffee on a sweet chocolatey base, vanilla, somewhat sweet overall but burnt coffee grinds giving some welcome bitterness that does linger a bit on the finish. Medium bodied, smooth.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger, as Polly's Toolbox Hoppy Red Ale. Hazy reddish brown colour, moderate off-white head. A touch of butterscotch in aroma and flavour, with a decent balance between malts and hops, not too sweet, good bitterness.

Can. A mild to medium haze on this orange gold beer, a small bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth and fairly light palate for a Tipa, decent fine minerally carbonation. Smooth pale malts, a good creamy sweetness. The hop delivery is bloody marvellous. Big juicy Talus, that lovely peachy citrus. Nectaron supporting with honeyish stone fruits and lesser tropical fruits. Soft pine throughout, of course. The old Warehorse Citra fills in the gaps with, guess what, citrus! A fair hop spice nip on the soft finish. Super duper. Fantastic hop fruits intensity and a bit of and edge as well. The abv just slides on by.

Can. A light haze on this yellowish gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light fairly airy palate, a mild dryness, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light smooth creamy sweet malts. A pleasant hop array. Tangerine and mandarin. Soft orange, touches of modern Simcoe pineapple and mild Nelson grape. Soft finish. Nice IPA, think it could do with a little more hop edge but, it's fairly bright and juicy and goes down easy.

Purple blackcurrant cordial appearance, with no head, and a decent berry fruit aroma. Medium bodied, creamy smooth and forest fruity to begin with, a big hit of tartness and a dry spritzy finish.

Hazy gold with a bubbly / frothy white head and a stewed tropical fruit aroma, a hint of dankness and a touch of pine perhaps. Soft and smooth up front ahead of a little hop kick, just a touch of resin, tropical fruit bitterness and a very dry finish.
