Donker bruin bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is ietwat fruitig en heel licht zuur met iets van bessen, wat hout en chocolade. Een behoorlijk zuur en fruitig bier voor een stout.

Gusher. Dark brown with a reddish hue. First hit is carrot juice. After that candy sugar, bread and liquorice. Strong carbonation.

Bottle 33cl. @home poured into a tulip glass. Clear deep amber colour, tall dense frothy off-white head, good retention, fair lacing. Aroma toasted malt, tea leaves, strong earthy notes. Dry earthy bittersweet taste, malty, apricot, betel nut, earthy hops, spicy notes. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, bittersweet aftertaste, becoming more sweetbitter towards the end, making the taste more smooth, earthiness remains, gives it a somewhat coarse character, strange brew but certainly not unpleasant, good.

A: hazy ochre, stable, foamy, off-white head.
A: apricot, apple, ripe mandarin, dough, yeast, honey.
T: sweet apricot & apple, some sourish wheat & citrus, yeast.
F: grassy hops, bit peppery, ripe yellow fruit & spicy yeast.
P: medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation.
Decent Belgian Golden, managing to steer clear of more typical Belgian spiciness.

Bottled 330ml (Tuulensuu). Pale amber colour and steady white head. Ginger, dish water cleanser aroma. Light-bodied. Sweetish malty, ginger (galanga), light grassy flavour. Ginger dominates.
