750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma is very complex, with lots of wild yeast, champagne-like effervescence, plenty of oak, and a touch of moderate funk. Flavour is no less complex, with a wonferful oak character, lots of wild yeast, barnyard funk and a touch of leather. Very effervescent, with an above average carbonation that works really well. Surprisingly close to that authentic lambic character. Excellent.

Cloudy, thin head. Soft body. It's got a vinous, pear-like character, with curranty accents. Excellent.

Opaque and pale-ish. Medium head. Some jammy stone fruit type notes on the palate. It's a bit fizzy.

Hazy and pale, with a thin head. This has gentle acidity, a little bit of hop, probably less than expected. Off-dry finish.

Soft body. Light. Juicy acidity makes for a great body, and there's decent fruit character in here as well.

Bottle at Farmhouse Fest 2024. Pours murky yellow with a white head. Not much aroma. Flavour is a bit sour with some grape. It's fine. [I'm pretty sure this was warm when I drank it, so this rating may not best reflect the beer.]

Bottle pour at FHF 2024, pours a hazy bright golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is peppery and musty, with a wonderful red wine grape must, plenty of funky wild yeast, and tannins. Flavour is full of tannins, red wine grape skins, tons of oak, and some black pepper. Complex, wonderfully incorporated of the grape skins. Musty, oaky, and grapey. Excellent.
