Keg at the indy man beer con. 2019. A clear golden orange coloured pour with a halo of white fizz. Aroma is earthy apple, hint of toffee sweet apple, mineral. Palate is semi sweet luscious, light tang highish carbonation. Flavour is composed semi sweet, layered apple, golden delicious, apple, toffee, nice dry finish. Layered apple great.. Really tasty.

Flavour is composed of dry and crisp, semi sweet medicinal, tcp, semi sweet, apple, plum, tcp lingering. Weird. Palate is semi sweet z frothy dry. Ok.

Bottle pour at indy man beer con. A clear carmel orange coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is semi sweet honeydew, caramel, toffee, fresh apple,. Flavour is composed of dry flinty apple, light oak, white hint of caramel, dry. Nice complex. Palate is frorhy, beautifully light, crisp dry finish, light tannin. Great.

Keg at the indy man beer con. 2019. A translucent greenish yellow coloured pour with a halo go white head. Aroma is tart apple, peppery, gooseberry,. Flavour is composed of dry pithy apple, mellow funk peppery, hint of farmyard, pithy. Prickly. Palate is dry, prickly. Tart, highish carbonation.

Keg at the Stable, Bingoham - scoping ciders with the old man, 02/08/19. Clear golden pour with a thin crown of white bubbles. Nose is bitter sweet apples, sugar dusting, glazed icing. Taste comprises apple pie. straw, Icing sugar, light wood, shades of a dumbed down ice cider. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent.
