Pigs Ear. Cask. Clear deep amber beer, good pale tan head. Smooth palate, fairly dry and with decent fine carbonation. Dry but otherwise in nice condition. Tangy thin dark malts, trace of dark chocolate. Decent dark fruits and a little hop spice. Light dry finish. Okay but too dry.

Cask at Kings Head, Waterloo. Low key choc aroma with a sour edge. Dark brow with red tints. Blotchy if creamy beige head. Low key sour chocolate. Thin. Light. Soft carbonation. Abrupt finish. Been on a while? Unassuming and sourness that's not good.
