Bottle at dunkerque near montmatre paris. Hazy brown smooth offwhite head. Aroma is malty and caramelly. Flavor is chillies malts peppery warming chilli. Ends chili bitter with bite and bitter caramelly with a malty base. A clean chili beer with some attitude.

Bottle at CDG. Deep gold with a solid head. Aroma of of pine hop. Flavour is spicy bitter, grapefruit and resin, lingering bitter fruit finish.

A lightly hazed dark amber ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, treacle, light butterscotch, very nice. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, light mineral notes, light corn, pleasant. On tap at L'autre oeil.

A pinkish burgundy ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light sulfur, coriander, light perfumy notes, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet banana malt with cloves, light acidity, light spices and berries, nice. On tap at Festibière de Gatineau hiver 2019.

Draught @ Brasserie de la Goutte D'or, Paris. Pours slightly hazy golden with an offwhite head. Aroma of malt, yeast, fruity hops, light citrus. Flavor is sweet, malt, little yeast, light fruity hops. Medium body, soft to average carbonation, light sweet finish. Dont get alot of rice, but they proberly add to the quite high sweetness. 191018
