Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, herbs, light yeasty, yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet malt, pale malt, herbs, yeast. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, candy, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity hops, sweet fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity hops, citrus, sweet fruity hops, sweet malt, candy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Smell of grass, soap. Hazy lemon colour, very high white head. Aroma of grass, hops, yeast, some orange peel. Medium bitter. Wild carbon, foamy palate. Light body.

Bottle at home, 11th February 18. Pours cloudy orange, small head. Aroma is lemon sherbert, you could imagine lemon meringue tart. Taste is clean, quite clever, lemon, bread or pastry, bitter and tart, refreshing bitter lemon finish. Interesting IPA

Bouteille 33cl @ Niamey's 3rd craft beer tasting, merci Willy. Orange fin, col blanc moyen. Arôme met bien en avant l'effet d'hibiscus avec une petite note de malt qui perce en rétro-nasal. Je note peu l'impact du piment. Palais est léger caramel malté, le piment est minime sans être trop devant, hibiscus est léger farineux avec une fin de bouche légèrement farineuse voire céréales. Fleuri moyen et citronné léger.

Bottle at home, from Cave a Bulles, 12th January 18. First Whisky BA Imperial Stout from Paris apparently. Pours black, aroma is liquorice, barrel, wood, soy sauce. Taste is barrel, wood, dry, then slight sharp, whiskey, but light. Lovely

Bottle shared at Chriso's Pre-GBBF Shindig. 06/08/2017. Many thanks! A hazed golden yellow coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is mineral, light grain, soft citrus, rustic grains, pear. Flavour is composed of dirty light grains, rustic, pear, lemon rind. Palate is dusty moderate carbonation, thin , mineral.
