Wild version. Sampled at BXL festival. Bit hazy pale straw with white head. Lime, very dry pils malts, soft funk, lactic notes, light fruit juice. Light sweet and sour, under medium bitter. Over light bodied.

Hazy darkish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry and decently crisp. Light malts. A little lemon peel, touch of lime peel. A light candy lemon lime underneath. Modest pine. Enjoyable but it wants something else going on here, feels slightly forced.

Bottle at dunkerque, paris. Clear yellow white head. Us gops, pepper, flowers in the aroma. Flavor is a bit herbal with a delicate us style hoppy note. Reminds me of the spicy beers from small mallorcan breweries. Palate and feel is very clean and crsft brew'ish.

Bottle at dunkerque near montmatre paris. Hazy brown smooth offwhite head. Aroma is malty and caramelly. Flavor is chillies malts peppery warming chilli. Ends chili bitter with bite and bitter caramelly with a malty base. A clean chili beer with some attitude.
