Créée en 2012, la brasserie de la goutte d’or fait figure de pionnière du mouvement craft à Paris. Localisés au coeur du quartier cosmopolite de la goutte d’or, nos influences viennent de ce quartier populaire du 18e dans lequel nous sommes installés ainsi que des scènes internationales actives au sein du renouveau brassicole.

Inspirées par l’idée d’une culture transmise par les gouts, les saveurs et le métissage, nos bières sont artisanales, épicées, houblonnées ou collaboratives.

Pint at Cafe Dunkerque.  Clear yellow with some sudsy white head.  Nose has orange and perfume and green grape.  Flavors follow.  Off dry and bitter finish.  6 3 6 3 12

A deep dark stout with a very thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, licorice, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, licorice, alcohol warmth, light coffee, pleasant and rich. On tap at L'autre oeil.

Bottle picked up in Paris, La Binouze, 26th November 2021. Pours light and clear. Aroma is light smoke, citrus, plum skin. Taste is refreshing, light funk, light smoke, citrus, aromatic and fresh. Nice

Tap at La Fine Mousse, 16th November 2021. Pours a clear light straw colour. Aroma is fink, apricot and tart fruit. Taste is tart apricot, light funk, really well done. Good

Bottle sampled during RBWG 2015, Lueken's Liquors. Pours clear amber with a light, foamy khaki head. Moderate smoke, medium sweetness, some toasted caramel, bread. Medium bodied with average, massaging carbonation. Smoked malts to finish, toasted bread. Good one.

A golden amber ale with light pink hues and no head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light Brett, grapeskins, light cork, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light grapeskins, light cork, light buttery notes, pleasant. On tap at l'autre oeil.

Bottle thanks to Shaun. Pours a hazy yellow gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is funk, yeast, oak, citrus. Medium body, citrus, oak, yeast, earth, light tartness, very good.

Eager to get out of the bottle. White head that dissipates quickly. Light yellow, somewhat hazy. Light, fruity, well carbed. A bit sour, a tiny bit of sweetness. Very nice.
