Bottle at home from La Cave a Bulles, 27th May 18. Pours thick, black viscous. Aroma is liquor, cocoa, coffee, barrel. Taste is rich, sticky, cocoa, chocolate, a little chilli, really well integrated. Sticky, not too sweet, good impy.

Bottle at home, from La Cave a Bulles, 25th May 18, with BBQ. Pours a light amber colour. Aroma is floral, passion fruit, light citrus. Taste is clean, floral, some citrus, light perfume. Pretty good.

Tap at La Fine Mousse, 23rd May 18. Pours light brown, aroma is roasted malts, cocoa. Taste is hoppy, cocoa, sweet light cararmel. Nice

Tap at Hoppy Corner, Paris, 23rd May 18. Pours really light straw colour, with a haze. Aroma is yeast and straw, grass. Taste is light citrus, yeast, grain, refreshing, good.

Bouteille 33cl de Malt Attacks, BB 03/2019. Pourpre, col rosé pétillant retombant rapidement. Couleur superbe, rappelant une Kriek Cantillon, dommage pour le col. Arôme est bien centré sur les fruits rouges; baies, rétro fin farineux avec, ici aussi, un bouquet framboise plus présent, le mûre arrive plus en retrait. La myrtille, vu sa teneur en eau, se fait plus discrète et difficile à déceler. Touche finale rappelle un peu la purée de fruits frais. Palais super légère, rafraichissante, note acidulée en fin de bouche, dommage pour cela, sinon ça se fini trop vite sous le soleil. Palais est âcre, acidulé fruité avec un petit effet kettle sour en fin de bouche citrique qui accentue l'effet des 3 baies. Cela donne un petit effet pâtissier en fin de bouche. Retrouve bien le côté terreux de la framboise et son côté acidulé. La myrtille, quant à elle, est plus absente.

Bouteille 33cl de Malt Attacks. BB 02/2019. Dorée paille, col blanc. Arôme est fleuri sur léger rétro citronné vert, retrouve une fine effluve de grains poivrés mais aussi un léger bouquet d'anisé. La malté est plus discret et le houblon également en rétro. Le tout est un mélange assez plaisant entre épicé et fruité. Palais est malté léger axé sur le pâle et pils, citron vert assez plaisant avec un effet herbacé et finement poivré sur la fin. Le tout gardant un effet de limonade sur la fin.
