440 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 8%. Opaque yellow colour, moderate white head. Strong aroma of mixed tropical fruits. Flavour also of tropical fruits, medium sweet, some citrus too, hints of sprucetips.

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.8%. Slightly hazy pale golden colour, moderate to small white head. Aroma of light malts and spicy saison yeast, hints of oak and red wine. Citric and vinous mouthfeel. Flavour of lemons, dry white wine, red wine and oak, also spicy saison yeast. Nice and refreshing.

Can picked up from Foeders Webshop, Haarlem Netherlands and consumed in Frank, Friday 24th February 2023 after an afternoon and evening in Weihenstephan and Augustiner. Pours jet black with a large frothy tan head, coffee and chocolate on the nose. These two resurfacing in the mouth, which is also full and smooth, there is a roasty and bitter edge. This is a very good Impy.

Can from HavnensVinOgTobak (@2months after BBE date). Pourshazy pale orange with large creamy white head. Aroma is orange, mango, pineapple, redcurrant and spruce. Taste is medium to very sweet, light to medium bitter and faint acidic. Body is creamy with soft carbonation. Finish is long, juicy and sweet with notes of orange, mandarin, pineapple, mango, peach, redcurrant, spruce and rubber.

Black with a creamy, beige head. Aroma of chocolate and ash. Taste is bitter up front, tart at the back, a bit of a weird sort of cranberry tartness that doesn’t sit well with me. To its credit, it stays mild, and a roasted bitterness keeps things interesting. Medium-bodied, moderate carbonation. Drinkable.

Keg at Crafter - Sofia. Pours deep brown with a creamy, beige head. Lightly sweet, smooth ashy roast, subtle berry accents, some earth, background cocoa. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Balanced finish, further mellow ash, cocoa, earth, fruity accents. Easy-drinking beverage.

ABV: 5.0%. Clear dark red brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, dark malt, sweet malt, moderate chocolate and coffee, light licorice. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, roasted, dark malt, coffee - chocolate, light licorice, light ash - burnt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20230215]
