330ml bottle [2020 vintage, 7.7% abv]. Hazy, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with average, frothy, collapsing, white head. Mildly funky, yeasty and vinous fruity, minimally woody aroma, hints of sauerkraut, a touch of white grapes, unripe apple, orange peel, whiffs of oak. Taste is dry, tart, yeasty funky, slightly lactic, vinous fruity and minimally woody, hints of sauerkraut, unripe green apple, unripe gooseberry, white grapes, a touch of oak. Watery texture, astringent and minimally cloying palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Not as complex and fruity as Pitt & Rubi, very nice and quite refreshing nevertheless - good.

330ml bottle. Slightly milky, yellow-ish golden colour with average, frothy, collapsing, white head. Bretty, funky, lactic and vinous fruity aroma, notes of sauerkraut, apricot, mirabelle, whiffs of orange peel. Taste is dry, tart, lactic, mildly bretty, funky and vinous fruity, minimally woody, initial notes of sauerkraut, unripe apple, lemon juice, later additional hints of apricot and mirabelle with very subtle sweetness, notes of white grapes, a spicy touch of nutmeg, some orange peel, a touch of oak. Watery texture, astringent palate, medium, prickly to lively carbonation. Very nice, complex composition, very refreshing - wonderful.

Bottle picked up from Biervana, München and consumed at home Sunday 24th January 2021 whilst watching Eddie the Eagle on Netflix, we had Cheese Spaetzle and Onion Bake for tea and it was very nice. Pours dark, dark brown with a ruby glint, vinous notes from the off. In the mouth a little bit of tartness, red berries meets roastiness, liquorice, malty, pleasant fruitiness, long dry finish, very good.
