Description
Hangar 24 began its craft brewing exploration with a true passion for good beer, the absolute love of flying and the pure enjoyment of being around great friends. My buddies and I used to meet at hangar No. 24 at the Redlands Municipal Airport, after an afternoon of flying, to trade stories, talk aviation, play music and share a few cold ones that were recently home brewed. These days, the location of where the beers are brewed has changed, but the quality time spent enjoying a delicious, handcrafted beer and conversation with friends is the same as ever. I personally want to invite you to join the adventure. Cheers! Ben Cook.

Bottle at tasting. Aroma of rich bourbon, maple, caramel, chocolate, licorice and vanilla. Taste of rich bourbon vanilla, burned caramel, bitter maple, chocolate, booze, coffee, oak, more bourbon and a boozy burning finish. Oh yeah.

A Bomber of Chocolate Bomber all to myself on 1st April 2019. Sat in my daughters dining room while on holiday in California. Brown bodied, beige head with lacing. Easy drinking Chocolate based Porter (just like the name might suggest). Aroma and flavour all about chocolate and vanilla malts, the hops well hidden in the bowls of the brew.

[12oz bottle from Total Wines, Huntington Beach, Ca.] A hazy pale straw coloured pour with loose cream head; aroma of orange and yeast; grainy in the mouth with some fresh orange juice; and a grainy finish. Unexciting.
