30 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a huge white head. Malty, slight spiced and classic belgian yeast. Soft malty and first, gains some herbal and bitter notes later. Caramel smoothness throughout. Mellow bitter finish with warming alcohol presence.

25 cL bottle. Pours hazy red/orange with an off-white and light pink huge head. Sweet and citric aroma of raspberry, clean. Nice sweet raspberry flavour with a minor acidic twist towards the end. The finish is further strengthend by a caramel sugarish body. Quite clean and lacks some of the impurities that normally provides some edge but this works out nicely.

25 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow to orane with a white head. Sweet corn, belgian yeast and slight spiced. Great sweetish flavour with just a minor spiced note a underlying yeast flavour. Creamy mouthfeel and mellow flavour into the finish. Soft. Nice.

Bottle. Wow this is a light color! Head is pretty big at first but has died down to a reasonable one finger. Aromas are of grass, citrus and light spice. Those spices come through pretty strong in the flavor, however. I can pick up the coriander very clearly. An interesting counterpoint to some of the milder spiced wits.

Pours a dark amber colour with a moderate ammount of sediment resulting in a fair amount of off-white head. Slightly spicey aroma and a similar taste, a slight taste of hops with some malt flavours and a little dried fruit. It’s a little watery, particularly considering the style and the after-taste is limited. not bad, but not great.

Hazy amber colour, medium off-white head. Aroma is hoppy, with coriander. Taste of citrus, malty and some spices. Just above the average pilsener.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. yellow-orange colour. Moderate hoppy heavy orange-hoppy aroma. Powerfull bitter flavor. Long heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate. Really nice beer.
