16 oz can. Aroma is passionfruit, Kefir lime, and yeast. Flavor is layered with mixed citrus, lime peel and white grapes. Body is medium. Shows some citrus peel bitterness for balance. Dry in texture. Light alcohol traces. Nice!

Can, from Hops Hill - Atlantic Ave, Brooklyn, NY (Jul 2025). Pours hazy lemon yellow with a small frothy off-white head, faint citrus peel aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter citrus peel-mango taste, alcohol undertones, thin body, long medium bitter finish. A bit boring.

Hazy (not cloudy) pale orange body, thin off-white head. Aroma and nose sweet and juicy, mostly pineapple and honey, with citrus undertones. The alcohol is well-hidden if the reported ABV is accurate. Kind of simple, mostly a sugar bomb.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: red to violet color with a good transparency about it. Quickly die-ing head did not leave any lace whatsoever
Aroma: red delicious apples, green apples, some floral tones; slight lacto/yogurtty thing going on, some yeasty tones
Flavor: tart and sweet through the prior noted aromas with some semi-yeasty undertones; no aftertaste
Texture: light to medium bodied, leaning towards being a sipper; good pucker on the tongue and lips (I was expecting that); finishes crisp and tart
Overall: I do not believe this is a gose; just a wild/sour ale that is pretty nice for that respect. I believe I could have this again preferably for me and more than likely in the Summer.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: dark brown close to black color with a thin cap of a little off-white foamy head. It diminished to nothing fairly quick.
Aroma: sweet coffee, milk chocolate, vanilla and some animal crackers
Flavor: melds all the prior noted aromas together fairly sweet with a light underscore of roast from the coffee; no aftertaste
Texture: medium bodied, good as a sipper - I think - hmmm, maybe could be sessionable - maybe; some smoothness along the tongue; finishes sweet coffee forward and milk chocolatey
Overall: pretty good coffee stout but I must say - it's definitely a sweeter than normal coffee stout.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: yellowed orange semi-cloudiness with a one finger white foamy head which diminished nicely to leave some mild lace.
Aroma: citrusy crisp to light mango and pineapple hoppy tones and a light sweet grassy hoppy scent; some light clean malts
Flavor: bittersweet to juicy and a super light underscore of tart - all meshing together pretty nicely; no aftertaste
Texture: light to medium bodied, some kind of light sessionability to this one; some smoothness along the tongue; finishes crisp with citrusy hoppy tones
Overall: I say a pretty nicely done APA done up in a fairly different sort of way. I believe I would have this again.
