GBBF Day 2. Bottle. Light haze on this paleish gold beer, tiny white head. Light crisp palate. Very crisp white wine. Chardonnay cream. Slightly tart. Little champagne. Light crisp finish. Very good.

0,15l from tap at Arrogant Sour Festival. light yellow lightly hazy color, almost no head. smells some tannins, earthy, grassy, wood. nice smell. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of heavy wood, tannins, oaky, earthy, grassy, herbal. finishes dry and medium sour with notes of tannins, wood and peppery notes. quite nice one overall, not super complex but nice nontes of tannins and wood 7, 4, 7, 3, 16

Bottle @Sam Beer Shop (Rome). Color arancia, limpida, schiuma leggera a bolle grossolane. Al naso sentori vinosi, di pasta lievita, polverosa, cantina, leggero citrico. In bocca è equilibrata e delicata, attacco dolciastro con finale acido leggero, minerale. Corpo medio, inferiore alle attese, carbonazione media. Molto pulita, elegantissima, ma le manca un po' di carattere.
