Description
Binghams Brewery opened its doors in 2010 and was located in the Berkshire village of Twyford. We’ve been brewing quality cask ales across the spectrum from lighter thirst slaying session beers (3.7%) to something with a bit more oomph (5.0%).

Moved to Woodley in 2020, brewing ceased shortly after.

Cask at the William Robert Loosley (JDW), High Wycombe. Pale yellow with a negligible head and a slight fizz. A bit thin. Caramelly vanilla-y diacetyl doesn’t go with the too-bitter piney hops. Grass and a little citrus come through eventually but I can’t actually say I enjoyed this. Disappointing stuff from a brewer that I normally regard as decent.

Cask at the Old Manor (JDW), Bracknell. Straw in colour with a loose white head; fresh grassy aroma; herbal bitterness with a touch of spice; and a dry biscuity finish. Crisp and clean, but this didn’t really do anything for me.
