Keg at Caps Off Bar, Bishop Auckland Food Festival. Hazy golden colour, white foam head leaving lacing and pale malty citrus hop aroma. Taste is malt, biscuit, wih citrusy hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry bitter finish. Quite drinkable

Taste is pale malt, caramel, some biscuit with zesty citrus, stone fruit, and earthy hop bitterness. Light to medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy bitter finish. Quite drinkable

Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, wood, sweet malt, dark malt, fruity malt, dark fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20190124]
