Description
Burdock brewery set up shop in what used to be an old Portuguese chicken restaurant, and they transformed the space into an artist-driven bar/restaurant/music hall/microbrewery run by a group of musicians and music lovers. They offer a rotating list of clean pale ales, complex saisons, crisp pilsners, zippy sours, and beer-wine hybrids that are all brewed in house.

Can from the brewery. This one seems to be chardonnay, not gewurztraminer, and 7% not 6.5. Hazy yellow large white head. Vinous, semi dry white grape juice, with floral stone fruit, white nectarine and honeysuckle. Mouth feel is bright, and crisp, with a lively carb. Low bitterness, light tart, hints of funk, with a chardonnay semi dry, and citrus finish.

Can from the brewery. Hazy orang, with a small white head. Aroma is a well balanced combo of the guava and passion fruit, with a light tarntness. Mouth feel is good, carb is soft. Finish is where the cereals shine. And balance the fruit and tart Ness very well.
