Can from the brewery. Cloudy pale yellow pour, large white head. Bright, good cereals, light herbs, crisp, refreshing and light. Lemon zest, grass, light spice.

Can from the brewery. Fragrant lime, light earthy notes, zesty, tangy. Mouth feel is good, carb is soft. Lightly tart, saline is present, light malted wheat, earthy like zest. Fresh, light, clean and refreshing.

On Tap at Spacecraft in Sudbury, Ontario.
Hazy pour, very lightly colored, large white head. Aroma is quite herbal, with some nice grains. I can't put my finger on exactly what the herbs might be. i'm getting some mint, and juniper, with some green tea, and fresh grass. mouth feel is bright, and crisp. Finish is lightly bitter, very clean, and refreshing.

Cask Days 2018. Hazy yellow pour, medium white head. Very grassy, with some solid citrus notes, but not too in your face. Its mingling very well with the cereals, and pale malts. Very well balanced, with a lovely floral finish, and light to medium bitterness. refreshing, and crisp, slightly dry, great stuff.

On tap at brewpub. Cloudy orange pour, with a small white head. Aroma is strong on apricot and stone fruit, with some great tart fruitiness. Great mouth feel, and soft carb. The finish is medium bitter, with more apricot, stone fruit, honey and some floral herbs. Very juicy, and refreshing.

Tap at the brewpub. Aroma of citrusy hops, green hop cones, and some nice overly ripe stone fruit, and hints of freshly cut grass, and aloe. Mouth feel and carb are standard, a little over the top if anything. Finish is lightly bitter, medium tartness, very green, and fruity, with a solid tartness. Nice stuff.

Tap at the brewpub. Slightly hazy straw colored pour, with a big white head. Aroma is loaded with straw, cucmber, hints of clove, light pine, slme grass and bits of pepper. Wow, great stuff! Clean, crisp mouth feel, great carb. Finish is clean, refreshing, medium bitterness. Great classic saison.

Tap at the brewpub. Hazy yellow pour, with a medium white head. Aroma is very citrusy, big grapefruit, and strong orange character. Mouth feel is full for an ipa, carb was soft. Finish is soft also, light bitterness tropical fruit, and lots of sticky green hop cones. Incredibly hoppy,,but also soft at the same time. It doesnt smash you over the head, surprising by the amount of hops in here.

On tap at the brewpub. Slightly couldy yellow, medium white head. Aroma is grapefruit, and citrus oils. Mouth feel, is nice, carb is a little soft. Finish is lightly bitter, this is all aroma and little substance. Flavours are grassy, and not much else.

Tap at the brewpub. Huge amounts of tropical fruit. Papaya andnmango lead the charge with some lychee, and stone fruit. Perfect mouth feel, and carb. The finish is light to medium bitter, with loads of hops in the end, endlessly good.
