Strong lactic sourness, loads of freshly squeeze lemon juice and orange zest. Great mouthfeel, effervescent carb. Tart, not sour finish with low bitterness and a butt load of more citrus notes. Great stuff.

On tap at the brewpub. Hazy yellow, large white head. A perfect balance between a tart wild ale, and a juicy, hoppy hop forward pale ale. Loaded with hops, amd citric notes and solid wild, funk tart notes. A great blend of the two, refreshing and very enjoyable.

Cask Days 2016, as Brett Peach.
A nice stone fruit aroma, sweet, and slightly tart, with hints of grass, and light citrus oil. Slightly watery mouth feel, and a soft carb. Finish is tart, slightly lactic, more stone fruit, and hints of mango. nice stuff.

On tap and bottle from the brewpub. Nice wheat aromas, lactic sourness, with some good tropical fruit. Can’t say I’m tasting mango per se, but it’s a decent fruit Aroma. Mouth feel is light, carb is crisp. Finish is tart and slight sour with some good tropical fruits and malted wheat.

On tap at the brewpub, and a bottle at home. Big citrus notes with some nice Etro picks fruit and alot of yeast with some woody barrel notes. The tap version was funkier ad more tart the bottled version less so. Good barrel notes light funk, medium bitterness. Some are on this will be interesting.

Tap at the brewpub. Hazy yellow pour, and a large white head. The aroma is gorgeous. Loads of citrus and melon, and some light vinous white wine notes. Vibrant mouth feel, and a crisp carb. Refreshing and lightly bitter with some nice citrus pith, but not over powering. Very impressive.

Hazy yellow pour, big white head. Aroma is big on key lime, but also very very tart, with some solid funk. Light barnyard aromas, wet hay and a sharp lime zest punch.. Lovely carb, nice mouth feel. Low bitterness, very tart and zesty, light herbs and light funk in the finish. Scary drinkable for 6.5, impressive stuff.
