375mL bottle, pours a cloudy bright orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out citrus, tart cherries, saison yeast, and light floral hopping. Flavour is loaded with faded pithy tart cherries upfront, with a big saison yeast character, and light pithiness in general. Nice incorporation of tart cherries and saison yeast. Moderately aggressive carbonation that is fitting. Very good.

A murky pinkish rose grapefruit juice saison with a thin off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with ground cherries, lactic acid, Epsom salts, light Brett, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light Epsom salts, light Brett, light butter notes, very nice and complex. On tap at Lupulus.

375ml bottle at Alex's. Bottled in 08-2017. Pours a murky blonde with a white head. Aroma is lots of guava. Taste is tart with guava notes. Refreshing. Fairly good.

Hazy, quite pale. The aroma has a touch of musty yeastiness, and a fair bit of guava. On the palate, it's got a lot of guava, with light tartness. Definitely happy with this beer. Balance, character, and a bit unique.

375mL bottle, pours a cloudy pale blonde with a small white head. Nose brings out lots of bretty funk, with pithy tart guava and saison yeast. Flavour is along the same lines, with tons of pithy guava, saison yeast, and tart citrus skins. Wonderful tropical guava notes, with a dry pithy finish. Excellent.

(On tap @ Birreria Volo, Toronto, Jan 19/18) Pours cola coloured with a small tan head. Aroma is intense fresh jammy raspberry, sweet cherry, red wine, dusty cacao, oak. Flavour of cran-raspberry juice, toasty malt, wood, dusty grains, cacao, tannins, raspberry seeds, oak, jam, slightly tart red wine. Slightly below medium bodied and softly carbonated, hides its ABV completely. Really nice, good fruity dark sour that didn't fall off the edge or roastiness or balsamico, with big fruit character a bonus.
