Gravity cask at the Draymans Son, Ely. Mid-brown, very translucent with a ring of off-white head. Strong scent of chocolate malt with some fresh caramel, sweet and simple. Taste starts incredibly sweet without cloying, and there’s a fantastic little hoppy bitter twist at the end. Proper chocolatey and worth giving a go.
