Bottle from Meny Valby, thanks to and shared with Niels - pours an amber colour with a thin of white head. Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear, dark amber with a lacing, beige head. Very discreet aroma, slightly caramellish. Light body, lowish carbonation, nutty, some burned caramel and a dry finish - with a very subdued bitterness. But for once a non-infected Bluestone - yeah! 220318

Botle 50 cl. Pours black with an orange hue and a tiny, fizzy head that dissipates in no time. Vague cocoa aroma. Thin body, roast and cocoa but everything is totally drowned in a massive lactic infection. I don't believe I've had a Bluestone beer yet that wasn't massively infected. More sour than a Berliner Weisse. Gents, I recommend that you get your bottling procedures in order or you won't last long in this business. 260218

ABV: 4.8%. Clear dark red brown colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to light light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, dark malt, chocolate, sour malt, wood. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart - sour, dark malt, roasted, chocolate.
