Pours amber with a little to no head. Aroma of sweet malt, herbal notes. Taste has slight citrus notes, Muted malt and tropical notes. Palate has citra on the nose. Good.

Pours black with a thin tan head. Aroma of dry malt. Taste has crisp burnt malt notes with a hint of soft wheat Elements. Palate has coffee on the nose. Good. Heavy.

Pours clear dark amber with no head. Aroma of sweet malt. Taste has sweet and hopped malt, spiced and nuanced. Palate has berry notes, dark and earthy on the nose.

Pours amber with a thick white head. Aroma of grapefruit, citrus and hip oils. Taste has resinous hops oils, citra. Palate has woody nose hints.

Pours hazy amber with a white head. Aroma of juniper and malt. Taste has Belgian yeast, slightly ferrous with earthy notes. Palate has intense pervasive yeast element on the nose. Eh.

Cask at GBBF '18, day 3, 09/08/18. Very lightly hazed golden orange with a decent off white covering. Nose is orange pith, straw, toasted malts, light breads, lemon drizzle. Taste comrpises tangerine, toasted grains, airy malts, light breads, melon. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with balanced hop bitterness. Decent cask pale.

Cask at the GBBF 2018 day 3 09/08/2018. A clear amber orange coloured pour with a beige head. Aroma is orange popsicle, woody orange, grass. Flavour is composed of raw grains, hint of toffee, orange rind, zippy orange. Grainy. Palate is semi sweet, grainy, moderate condition.

[ As Willimantic Lou's Legacy Pale Ale ].
ABV: 5.7%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, pale malt, moderate hoppy, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, pale malt, fruity malt, fruity hops, tea. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20180809]
