Description
Last beer was released in July 2021 and common consensus is that this is the year the brewery should be set as closed.
Do note that due to the nature of the beers produced both BrewDog and other online retailers continued to sell the beers for many years after the closure.
Dedicated to exploring and pushing the boundaries of what is possible with fermentation, we are on a quest to redefine Wild and Sour beers, forever. With a purpose-built facility where craft and nature find harmony, we utilise wild yeasts and microbes from our environment and ingredients sourced from all around the world.

On draught at BrewDog Leicester. Deep red cour, clear with a ring if loose beige head. Slight aroma of wood, red berry, a bit of funk, a tiny bit of sarsaparilla. Taste is tart without being too sour, maybe a touch of soy sauce and a deep venous and tannic bitterness ushering in the finish. Slight body and low carbonation.

Bottle. Unclear amber body under a small beige head. Aroma has lots of cholate and then acidic red berries, dry fruit and nut cream. Taste is sweet and sour with malt, chocolate, berries, dry fruit, wood and some alcohol. Fine body and smooth aftertaste. A nice combination of sweet chocolate and sour berries.

Bottle. Golden amber body under a small off-white head. Aroma has acidic red berries in a nice and refreshing way. Taste is sweet and sour with malt and red berries, lingonberries and quite much acidity. Medium body with acidic lingonberry aftertaste. A bit one-dimensional but very refreshing.

Draft. An unclear golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of lactose, funk and fruit. The flavor is sour with notes of lactose, peaches, funk, and wheat, leading to a tart finish.

Clear blond colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have some funky elements. Bit thin. Tart and bitter lemon peel. So much potential with this. Feels like they backed out of this one.

Bottle, smallish bubbly head, very dark red to brown colour, a dominant and appealing combination of cherries and chocolate with some nuts, vanilla, hints of barnyard, acetone, mellow fruity lactic sourness. A really good offering.
