Description
We brew beer that is distinct because we believe that moments together call for something memorable. It could be our Midwestern roots, or the land we draw inspiration from, but crafting the right beer for the right moment is central to us.

Bottle pours a clear light orange/amber. full dense pillowy white head. Huge pine/junniper/ grapefruit aroma. Flavors are a strong bitter piney hop front with a woody papery malt backbone. Bitter and plain and a lingering bite that says "108 IBUs"

Bottle. Very distinct vanilla aroma. Clear very dark brown colour, red shine. Small stable light brown head. The flavour starts off with a good coffee note. Quickly turns quite sweet with lots of vanilla and a good dose of alcohol. Then comes a roasted coffee aftertaste along with a good alcohol burn, like single malt whiskey. Sweet and vulgar, but I like it.

12 oz bottle purchased at Four Firkins in St Louis Park, Minnesota. Bottled on APR notched on the label. Pour is a slight haze brown auburn with a foamy one inch tan head. Aroma dusty leafy roast, some tobacco and a pine element in the back. Taste is the roast up front, turning to the bitter pine in the middle finishing with more of the dry hop bitterness. The ash tobacco is present in the back, and lends some depth. Straightforward, but well executed hoppy porter. Palate is medium to thin, active carbonation and the dry finish. Nice one.

Bottle. Poured a clear yellow amber with a near white head that dissipated slowly to the edges. Aroma full of strong pine hops with a a slight sweet grain note underlying. Flavor was full of strong pine notes with a bit of a biscuit undertone that help to keep the strong pine in control.

Bottle thanks to Chad! Poured a clear very deep amber with a white head that dissipated to the edges. Aroma was quite nice with smooth bourbon that combined nicely with a caramel note. Flavor began with very sweet caramel, burnt sugar, creme brulee and mellows with a bourbon finish.
