Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of passionfruit and melon. Flavour of orange cream and cantaloupe. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft fizz. A solid example of the Galaxy hop, though it’s cleaner and less dank than I was expecting based on previous Galaxy heavy IPAs I’ve tried.

Hazed golden orange topped with an off white cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is melon, pine nip, floral tones, mandarin.
Taste comprises juicy tropical fruit flesh, mandarin, soft malts, papaya, grass.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy hop bitterness.
Decent enough pale.

Il naso viene catturato da sentori di sottobosco. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera molto elevata e la maniera in cui permane è considerevole. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il colore è nero come la pece. Il corpo è strutturato ma duttile. Il dolce è medio in buona armonia con l'amaro medio. La forza gustativa è molto elevata. La continuità gustativa è lunga e duratura. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul tetto della bocca si attestano caratteristiche di caramello, miele, frutta secca, pane tostato, agrumi, arancia rossa, Bourbon, erbe aromatiche, frutta passita, whisky, vino rosso, vino Porto, sale, liquirizia, vaniglia, legno, torbato ed etilico. Alcol presente.

All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di sottobosco. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è gratificante. Il mantello birroso superiore è destinato a vita breve. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il colore è scuro impenetrabile. Il corpo è strutturato non pesante. Il dolce è medio in buona armonia con l'amaro medio. La forza gustativa è molto elevata e la permanenza è duratura. Il gusto è piacevolissimo. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina e di spessore al palato. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul palato si attestano caratteristiche di caramello, miele, crosta di panettone, cioccolato, un accenno di resinoso, agrumi, arancia, whisky, Bourbon, prugna, cherry, vino rosso, vino Porto, pepe nero e tabacco.

La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il colore è nero come la pece. Il corpo è strutturato. Il dolce è medio in buona armonia con l'amaro medio. La forza gustativa è molto elevata e permane in maniera persistente. Il gusto è piacevolissimo. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al palato arrivano impressioni di zuccherino, miele, frutta secca, fiori, agrumi, arancia rossa, rabarbaro, ciliegia, cherry, vino Porto, Bourbon, cocco, liquirizia, uva passa, caramella e vaniglia.

Keg at Waterloo Tap. Hazy orange. Thin foamy white head doesn't provide full coverage. Aroma has citrus (more sour) amd porridge. Flavourwise it's sour with a bitter edge. Sweet hints and a chalkiness. Not as sweet as I would expect from Mandarin until I burp. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Decent.
