Description
Siren Craft Brew exists to encourage more people to enjoy, fall for and experiment with craft beer. The Sirens of Greek mythology would entice mariners with their magical songs. Their voices would entwine into a complex, layered melody. At Siren Craft Brew, we work in a similar way, combining four ingredients that interact together in magical ways to create our ales. Each beer is individual, overflowing with flavour, aroma and texture. Each holds its own secret. Each is a little dangerous. Liquid Mistress, Under Current, Sound Wave and Broken Dream are here to tease, sway and persuade. They gently beckon you to a new world of taste. Let yourself be carried away. Be enticed…

Cask at craft islington, 13th march 2013. This is a good take on the base stout, the vanilla comes through at first and a great chilli kick at the end, not sure I could drink a pint though

Cask handpull at Craft Beer Co. Dark red brown. Thats a pretty decent beer. Love the malts and red fruits on this. Really good. Again needs a bit more carbonation good american red. Re rate on keg at The Berry Walmer. Flavour is quite outrageous. I mean it’s served too cold but there is a plum thing going on that is remarkable. A bit like Turkish Delight. some chocolate. Rather good.

Cask handpull. Black beer. Again minimal carbonation. Good choc and coffee. Decent stout. A little thin but needs better carbonation

Again light in the carbonation but the flavour is pretty good. Tequila is fairly subtle. Good.

Cask at CBI, London on 9th March 2013. Solid black with decaying tan head. Roasty aroma with rich fruitcake. Vanilla, roast malt and fruit in-mouth before exquisite chilli kick. Roast and fiery chilly finish which is very satisfying. Smooth mouthfeel and medium body.
