Siren Craft Brew exists to encourage more people to enjoy, fall for and experiment with craft beer. The Sirens of Greek mythology would entice mariners with their magical songs. Their voices would entwine into a complex, layered melody. At Siren Craft Brew, we work in a similar way, combining four ingredients that interact together in magical ways to create our ales. Each beer is individual, overflowing with flavour, aroma and texture. Each holds its own secret. Each is a little dangerous. Creamy beige head on a murky amber coloured body.
Orange, malt & yeast aroma.
Medium bodied, soft & smooth with a clean back.
Orange, chocolate, toffee & syrup tastes with a tangy finish.
Too sweet for me.

Can at Goblet, huge thanks... someone from the homebrewers crew. Very dark brown body, off-white head. Dark chocolate, lgiht wood in the smooth aroma. Cakey dark chocolate dominates the taste, some oaky tannic touches, qutie fine!

Black with a creamy, light beige head. Aroma promises roasted coffee grounds, toasted grains, chocolate. Taste is bitter and roasted the whole way through with faint sour and sweet undertones. Body to the light side of medium, delicate but not watery texture , mild carbonation, dry. Easygoing with a creamy, burnt character. Nice.
