Description
Siren Craft Brew exists to encourage more people to enjoy, fall for and experiment with craft beer.
The Sirens of Greek mythology would entice mariners with their magical songs. Their voices would entwine into a complex, layered melody. At Siren Craft Brew, we work in a similar way, combining four ingredients that interact together in magical ways to create our ales. Each beer is individual, overflowing with flavour, aroma and texture. Each holds its own secret. Each is a little dangerous.
Liquid Mistress, Under Current, Sound Wave and Broken Dream are here to tease, sway and persuade. They gently beckon you to a new world of taste. Let yourself be carried away. Be enticed…

Draft at Siren, with James, 24th January 2026. Pours a a dark brown, aroma is roasted malts, chocolate and caramel, aromatic hops. Taste is bitter, roasted malts, citrus, caramel, verging slightly in to CDA territory, very good

440ml can at the Amber Rooms, Loughborough.it pours pinkish yellow lime rose wine. Clear. A small white head. Mostly pink grapefruit aroma with a light salty character. Light sweet and fruity taste with a bit of salt. Gentle bitterness in the finish. Watery body with somewhat heavy carbonation. It's okay but tastes more like a mixer than an actual drink.

Nails the style. Lovely stewed dark fruits, soft booze, toffee, dates, caramel, raisins, a sniff of oxidation, toasted bread, a suggestion of Belgian yeast. Really smooth and highly drinkable.

Keg at Craft Beer Co Covent Garden. Opaque cola brown.. MM thin band of a beige head. Aroma combines dark dough, molasses and dark chocolate with a boozy edge. Sweeter but also sour berries moreso into the finish. Thick. Oily. Soft carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Nice.

Can from local ASDA store – drank at home. Pours a very dark reddish-brown with a small frothy beige head. The aroma has lactose, roasted malts, coffee and a hint of nuts. In the mouth it is very briefly sweet before sharp fruitiness comes through. Flavour has roasted malts, oats, coffee grounds and lactose. Some bitter chocolate and caramel comes through later. Finish is somewhat dry. This is nice – but nothing like as awesome as Broken Dream.

Can. Pours cloudy black with a very small and very dark tan head. Clear aroma of malt, oats, and dark chocolate, with notes of dried fruit and touches of yeast. Roasty flavour of tonka beans (are they there in the first place?) and dried fruit, with notes of oats, and touches of yeast and hops. Roasty and oatsy aftertaste with hints of citrus. Warming alcohol presence. Low carbonation, but this does not detract from the palate, as the texture is sufficiently oily to offset it. Yummy.

Can, 12.2%. Tonka bean aroma, vanilla and cocoa. Jet black colour. Dark brown head, small and unstable. Good chocolate flavour. Actually quite close to dark, bitter chocolate. Turns jammy after a bit, has a little acid and some sweet fruit. The finish is dusty cocoa powder. Oily mouthfeel. Has a weak warming alcohol note, but is very mellow.
