Description
One day, Dave Grant and David McHardy had have enough of their jobs at an oil and gas company. They decided to follow their shared passion and establish a brewery. Under the name Fierce Beer they brew a selection of quirky beers, which have already collected the necessary prices in a short time.

Keg at the Eebria tap room. A mostly clear golden orange coloured pour with a a lasting white froth. Aroma is big ginger galangal, sandalwood, perfume, lime zest. Flavour is composed of spicy ginger, salty lime, Warming back of the throat action, zesty, little woody. Palate is tangy and zesty, spicy, highish carbonation. Good stuff.

Keg at Eebria taproom - London. Pours mostly clear gold with a creamy topping. Spicy ginger in the nose, faint citrus. Light sweet flavour with a good kick of ginger spice, faint pine. Light bodied with average carbonation. Fairly bracing on the finish, pleasant ginger bite, maybe chilli, some lemony notes. Good stuff.

Keg @ Hanging Bat, Edinburgh. Pours black, small tan head. Aroma is sweet roast and light peanut. Body is thin, oily with just enough peanut butter nestled amongst a chocolate and roast base. Decent.

Bottle picked up from Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury, consumed in the garden whilst cooking Barbecue Fillet of Beef with Horseradish Butter and Chunky Potato Gratin, Bank Holiday Monday 29th August 2016 Hazy murky yellowy brown colour with a white head. Tart and tangy, zesty freshness and with a nice summer feel, good wheatiness. Streaky lemons, nice twang. Lovely beer. A6 A3 T8 P3 OV15 3.5
