A clear golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of intense rosemary, herbs, some wheat malt. Taste of dry rosemary, intense spicy, floral, long bitter finish.

(Draft at Moeder Lambic Original, Brussels, 19 Sep 2025) Amber colour with frothy, tan head. Hoppy, fruity nose with notes of apricots, orange peel, toast and caramel. Fruity, hoppy taste with orange peel, apricot marmalade, resin, caramel, bread and a balanced citric/resiny bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, with a certain sweetness. Well made and hoppy "old school" IPA with a good malt backbone. Very nice.

Dorada consistentemente nebulosa. Espuma blanca no muy abundante pero de buena retención. Rico aroma agradablemente lupulado con notas florales y herbales. En boca es muy sabrosa con una base de intenso sabor a caramelo y delicado contrapunto de notas lupuladas, ligeramente resinosas, frutales t florales. Amargor medio, sedosa en boca.

Bottle. Color: Black, light brown head. Aroma: Roasted malt, chocolate, some Bourbon. Taste: Roasted malt, hop, dark chocolate, oak wood and Bourbon notes, tannines, hints of coffee. Over medium body, below average carbonation. Over moderate to medium sweet, over moderate bitterness. Very nice winter warmer.

Dark pour. Spices, chocolate, dark malts, a bit earthy. The spices get toned down by the rich malt. Medium body. Thought this one was quite nice.

Bottle at home. Clear dark golden color, full sized white to off-white head. Aroma and flavor are malts, hops, nicely hoppy bitter. Alright.
