Extra marks for the labeling. A different style Pilsener. Had some crispness, but not quite the flavour you expect

Bottle as gift. Rich golden colour with a white head. Aroma rich fruit, yeast, well balanced. Taste us light sweet, a touch sharp but fruity, love it.

At the brewery. Cloudy pale. Aroma has a touch of pear...yeasty...dash of continental hop. Good brew, could use a hit of bitterness but a decent straightforward saison.

Golden colour, but not much head. Grassy hop and sweet, slightly doughy pale malt character. Earthy, mid 20s bitterness, and grassy-mossy hop character. Pale malts are moderately heavy.

From a 440ml can on 7/2/2016 (shared by Butz with thanks).Pours a super clear light yellow with a small white head. Features a pleasant light tropical fruit aroma. The flavour features lots of citrus - particularly lemon - with some bready malt in the background. Has some vinous notes. The bitterness is pretty firm, with grapefruit prominent .Medium bodied with average carbonation. Quite refreshing and well put together.

Can. Gold with a white head that doesn’t last all that well. Aroma of honeydew melon, citrus flowers, pomelo, some passionfruit, hay, grass. A fair bit of body for something under 5%, moderate carbonation. Lovely round malt flavour underpin but don’t get in the way of very fruity hops. Leans slightly dry and moderately bitter at the end. I’d say Golden Ale, but whatever. Quality. [3.9]I seem to to have been drinking this a fair bit. It’s pretty damned good.

(Bottle) Clear mid brown with deep red hue, slight tan head. Nice aroma - notes of chocolate, toast and hints of toffee. Medium body with plenty of soft carbonation. Nice taste - toasted malt, chocolate, some pleasant bitterness in finish. Very nice dark ale.
