Dark copper pour, small chalky head. I’ve never seen such a contrast between the head and the actual beer.Aroma is hop-centred: grapefruit and green/grassy notes. I’m guessing there was a fair whack of dry hopping. Some toasty/nutty/caramel notes are present in the background.Flavour is more malt oriented: toasty, almost roasted, with some more nutty hints. Some green hops present. The mix of hoppy/roasted bitterness lingers. A bit thin. Both body and carbonation are slightly lacking.I was quite impressed with this, even if it is a bit thin.

Bottle. Cloudy pale straw. Slight head that disappears quickly. Pleasant but slight aroma. Authentic hefeweizen taste - sour, fruity with yeasty finish. Low carbonation.

Bottle (nice shape). Clear amber, thin head. Wonderful aroma - oranges, hops, hint of apricots and passionfruit. Medium body with a frothy champagne-like carbonation in the mouth. Great flavour - very hoppy with some fruity (citrus and passionfruit) notes and some delicate biscuity malt. Long lasting bitterness, with perhaps a slightly harsh edge. It’s big on hops, with a lovely balance of other flavours.
