No-frills IPA, but in a good way. Quick hoppy bite then a swipe of biscuit malts, growing mildly sweet as it warms. Piney, bitter hop finish. Kinda boring, but with all the ridiculously overhopped, unbalanced IPAs out there now, boring can be good.

Draft at the source. Hazy maroon color with a distinct reddish tinge and port wine colored head. Nice aroma of maple and mixed berry. The maple, vanilla and berry are all evident in the taste, which is overall sweet and roasty. Works well.
