BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, straw, funk. Taste is sweet, appley, funky, barnyard, earthy, leather, with some tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying sweet funky tannic finish. Quite drinkable

BIAB at Partizan Tavern, Nottingham. Clear pale golden colour, no head and aroma of perry pear, light funk. Taste is sweetish, pear, fleshy, tangy, floral, with some mellow acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet and drying peary finish. Nicely drinkable

Light to moderate sweetness and light tartness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, almost flat carbonation. Nice dry edge to finish.
