Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival 2007. A slightly hazy golden beer with a thick yellowish head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of citrus and banana, as well as light notes of wheat. The flavor is sweet malty and wheaty combined with notes of straw and light notes of citrus and banana.

Bottle courtesy of CBA: Poured a medium yellow color mead with a fizzy bubbly head reminiscent of champagne appearance. Aroma is dominated by cinnamon and is somewhat interesting. Taste is also dominated by cinnamon which may be slightly over the tops and some sweet notes of honey. Definitely better then their previous attempt last summer but in the end they could have slack down on the cinnamon.

Pinkish-accented golden hue. Nice hint of raspberry, hints of mead, slightly spritzy. Good balance of fruit but the beer presents mainly in the mouthfeel and the mead tastes is rather subdued.

Rated the 2007 braggot. Pale, cloudy. No head. Big cinnamon aroma with nutmeg. Wow - kind of spritzy but otherwise some very cool flavours. You have an intense upfront spiciness. Then sweet, sugary malts, plus a great mead character that kicks in late with honey and alcohol. This really brings it all to the table.

Bright amber colour. Heavy spice aroma of mace and cinnamon along with a rich toffee maltiness. Flavour is again very heavy on the spice - cinnamon, allspice being predominant. Malts are thick, but still not enough to provide complete balance against the onslaught of spice.
