Cask gravity at Pig’s Ear 2014. It pours clear gold with a small white head. The nose is toasted grain, juicy fruit, pear, apple, melon, honey and candy. The taste is sweet, mild bitterness, toasted grass, straw, orange peel, grapefruit, apple and varnish with a dry, citrussy finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Decent golden, but I doubt I doubt I would be able to pick it out in a crowd of similar type beers.
