Fab! Tropical, brilliantly tropical hops. Gosh, it's finally spring break. This is probably my first beer from Nova Scotia.

Bottle from Deconinck. Clear golden, small, foamy, white head. Aroma of white grape, melon, apple peel, pear, mandarin, lemon zest, sourdough, clove. Taste has sweet-sour grape, apple & pear over sourdough maltiness with lemony, bit lactic notes - funky, yeasty. Tart, lemony finish, yellow fruit lingering as well as grape, oak & dry white wine. Medium body, slick-moussy texture, average carbonation. Refreshing.

Flaska från Etre. Valnötsfärgad klar vätska med lågt skum. Laktosyrlig, mjuk vinäger, mörka bär, fikon, fat, cognac, vinös, stenfrukt, russin, mycket flemishkaraktär. Komplex och mycket god.

Pale blond colour, cloudy. Strange aroma, lemon, hazelnut, very light Band Aid. Dry and weak, maybe a bit spicy, wet paper, mild bitterness. Nothing of interest here.

12oz @ SalesForce office. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: nice Brett, juicy, some fruity notes. Taste: a quite aggressive Brett, some flowers and honey. Overall: pretty nice, but a bit unbalanced on the Brett side.

Draught Medium, dense white head with an orange sheen over hazy orangey golden beer. Unmistakable peach, fruitacids, suspicion of lactic, and farmyard odours, with a faraway reminiscence of lambic. Dry, tart, spicy peach. Fine surrounding acidity, partly masking the relative lack of carbonation. Some spiciness. Light body, tart, light acidthinning and -burn. Not very long-lasting flavours. Pretty good.

Poured from 500mL bottle (brewed s/s 2017; bottled Mar 2018; released Jun 2018). Slightly cloudy yellow with white head. Lime and salt, light tartness, quite nice.
