Bottle picked up from Etre Gourmet, Grez-Doiceau, Belgium and consumed on Asterion II, Anek Lines RoRo ferry en route from Igoumenitsa, Greece to Venice, Italy Friday 18th September 2020. Pours dark reddy, murky brown colour with a light beige head. Quite a bit more acidic than expected, think balsamic, malty, woody, bretty in fact there is a distinct nod towards Rodenbach territory, it's funky, furry and zappy. Good, in fact very good, however not what I was expecting.

Cloudy reddish with almost no head. Light funk with some red berry. Light funk, touch of and glue.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy rusted dark red with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of Muscat grape skins, lots of oak, saison yeast, and a touch of tartness. Flavour is very oaky, with lots of harsh oaky wood, saison yeast, and some musty dry grape skins. Oaky and musty finish. A little harsh but tasty enough.

It's a lightish purple, opaque, not much head. Nice grapey aroma to this, with a bit of buggy complexity. But on the palate, it comes across very light, without a lot of sugar support but nor is it all that dry. So odd that way. A bit of toastiness, so wonder if that's from the barrel.

On tap at Novare Res. Pours gold yellow. Lemon, grapefruit, funk, little banana, some apricot, super clean finish. Medium body. Really nice.

500ml bottle. Pours clear dark amber with a beige cap. Aroma: mainly balsamic vibes, tartness, dark fruits, caramel. Taste: light sweet, light to moderate tartness, bready malt, sherry, cognac barrel, oak, funk. Medium body with light carbonation. Enjoyed this

Flaska från Etre Gourmete. Disig ljusgul vätska, rejält disig i sista tredjedleen. Lågt skum. Mustig doft av ladugård, lite svavel, funk, druvor, citrus, strå. Smaken beskedligare, vitt vin med mycket tanniner, mjuk syra och lite gödsel som ligger och lurar i bakgrunden. Trevlig trots en del lite märkliga inslag.

Bottle, 750 ml. Shared with Max, Miro B and Cvrle. Clear golden, white head. Fruity, funk, vinous, easy drinkable. Medium+ carbonation. Simple but tasty.

Flaska från Etre Gourmete. Dsig gyllengul vätska med ett lågt frasigt vitt skum. Funkig frisk doft med strå, citrus och plommon. Småbubblig munkänsla, torr, ganska snäll syra, funk, lätt fruktig med smak av syrliga gula plommon. Pigg och trevlig med fina funk och fruktighet. Gott
