5/12/2019. Bottle sample courtesy of jtclockwork. Region #119. Pours cloudy orange gold with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of fruit, yeast, herbs, malt and light funky notes. Moderate sweetness and tartness. Medium body, slight oily texture, average carbonation. Nice bit of tartness to finish. Enjoyable.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of funky brett upfront, with rustic farmhouse notes, and gentle spiciness. Flavour is very dry and funky, with rustic farmhouse notes, gentle spiciness, and plenty of brett. Woody and funky. Delicious.

Hazy and pale, with a big head. It actually gushed up quite a bit. On the nose it's quite complex, with leather and brett, fresh pale malts, a touch of floral notes. On the palate, also quite complex. Brett, pale malt, leather. Really tasty saison.

# 1637; 11/2019. Tanic And coconut aroma. Slightly hazy, yellow-gold body. Sour, lime, zesty, good drinkable, refreshing, crispy. Nice one! 0,15l, draught, beerbar, Berlin.

Vom Fass bei der 3rd Anniversary Celebration im Muted Horn Berlin 2019-10 getrunken. Dieses Saison hat sehr passend zum Name das Aussehen von Weißwein. In der Nase und auch am Gaumen kann es seine Wein-Fassreifung nicht verleugnen. Die Säure ist schon deutlich und macht dieses Saison zu ein erfrischenden Sommerbier.

Little cloudy blond to light orange beer, small creamy beige head, unstable, falls down quickly. Aroma: funky, bit yeasty, wood notes, some spicyes, green apples, dry, bit meaty. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: soft acidity, lots of green apples, little bitter, some citrus, little malty, nice. Aftertaste: bit fruity, more bitterness, bit dry, green apples, nice!
