Pale pinkish, thin head, touch of cherry, nice touch of spice, mild cherry, good balance.

Bottle: Poured a light yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with excellent retention and great mount of lacing. Aroma of funky saison yeast with some great rustic malt notes. Taste is a wonderful mix of great saison yeast notes with some dry undertones with some rustic malt notes and multigrain cereal notes with a dry finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. World-class saison and possibly the best saison brewery in the country.

Keg at Muted Horn, Berlin, 11/07/19. Light black with a decent tan covering. Nose is funky, tangy dried fruits, pissy knickers, damp wood, brett scrapings, toffee. Taste comprises dried fruits, figs, cognac barrel evident, brett, damp oak, funk, fruit cake, raisins, toasted brown sugars, light spice. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light warming boost. Incredibly complex and well balanced ... top stuff !

Bottle: Poured a clear bright yellow color ale with a large pure white foamy head with excellent retention and great lacing. Aroma of rustic malt with light peppery yeast with some funky notes is quiet sublime. Taste is also a nice mix of rustic malt, peppery yeast notes funky notes with light fruity Brett notes also perceptible. Body is about average for style with great level of carbonation. Easily drinkable with nice balance mix of flavours and complexity.

Bottle at Farmhouse Fest 2019, pours a cloudy pink with a small white head. Aroma brings out perfumey notes, lots of harsh funk, and oak. Flavour is along the same lines, with oak, harsh funk, and stone fruits. A bit glue-like in a bad way. It's alright.

Bottle at Farmhouse Fest 2019, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out wild yeast, gentle stone fruits, and oak. Flavour brings out lots of bright stone fruits upfront, with gentle citrus and wild yeast. Bright, citrusy and stone fruity. Very good.
