330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, copper-ish, amber colour with average, thick, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally nuttily malty aroma, a touch of pine. Taste is muttily malty, cautious hints of peanut and toffee, fruity hoppy overtones, hints of apricot and peach. Slightly sluggish, rather waveringly than holistic.

Bottle at home in London - sourced from Beermerchants. Pours clear copper-gold with a frothy, white head. The nose has toasted graham crackers, caramel, leaves, ripe citrus. Medium sweet flavor with lots of toasty, grainy malts, brown bread, leafy hops, some grassy and earthy bitterness, a bit of oxidation, caramel, tobacco. Light to medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Lightly resinous on the finish with very subtle tangy berries, some dirty leaves, berry seeds, orange rind, pine. There are a few nice elements in here but overall it’s just not that drinkable.
