(Draught at MacKinlay’s Inn, Stockholm) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with citrus, tropical fruit (pineapple, passion-fruit) and biscuity malt. Fruity, slightly malty taste with notes of citrus, pineapple, bread, biscuity malt and a gentle citric bitterness in a fairly dry finish. Tasty and refreshing. Nice one.

Bottle, at Christianssand Brygghus. It’s a dark brown beer, topped by a finger-thick light tan head. It’s quite roasted on the nose, with a rather evident piney and resiny hoppiness. Full body, pleasant carbonation and smooth. Lasting roasted finish with some chocolate and a fine shot of bitterness. Pleasant indeed. 121004
