500ml can purchased at the Costco in Overland Park, Kansas as part of the 2021 Advent Calendar (this was day 6). The pour is clear golden copper with a foamy 1 ½ inch white head. Foam falls with pretty lace. The aroma is hay and cereal grain, soft citrus lemon and just a touch of earth. The taste is the cereal grain, chewy hay, the citrus hits bit midway through, and then finishes with more of the clean malt. The palate is medium bodied, unfiltered mouthfeel and a clean malt softly mineral finish. Nice one.

Half liter can from the 2021 Costco advent calendar, 10/17/21. Hazy orange, thin creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of bready malt, not much else. Bland. Taste is bready malt, citrus, tea. Crisp. thin. Okay.

Grainy barley malt and hay aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with moderate off-white head. Mildly sweet barley malt, and mildly bitter dry hay flavor. Good body. Pretty good but I most likely over-rate Zwickelbiers I can find in the states.

Tap. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is mildly sulphury, a touch more noble hops. Taste is noble hops, surprisingly dry, cereals. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Decent Helles!
