Can shared by Kyle, thanks! Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma combines hay and bread with a touch of grass and straw underlying. Flavor starts with bread and grain which is joined by hay and has some slightly earthy grass in the finish.

On tap at the Starkbierfest Gasthaus Pfafflinger Neuburg, Saturday 12th March 2022. Having a poster with Starkbierfest and dates from 12th to 26th it seemed mildly amusing that this was the only strong beer listed, but it was very good. Sweetness initially, but strong, malty, warming, usual characteristics were a little muted. Tasted strong and a little bit boozy. Good.

Can from the calendar. Bright gold, not so hazy. Tall, fluffy head. Nose is doughy, biscuits, honey, lemon. Flavor is very doughy and estery with honey malts and biscuits, decent hops. Slightly oxidized and a bit heavy but ok.

500ml can from my Costco Advent Calendar, drank on 7th December 2021 at my daughters place in California. Light haze to the golden body, short lasting white head. Malty/grainy/bready feel to this one, both in the nose and taste. Easy drinking with my sweet tooth liking that the hops were nicely hidden allowing the malty base to dominate the flavours.
