On keg at Brewdog Lothian Road.
Appearance - solid orange murkiness. Creamy white head.
Nose - perfumed and floral with dried apricot and overripe melon.
Taste - tinned apricot edge of marmalade shred and juicy melon again
Palate - medium bodied, sweet middle and just enough bitterness.
Overall - nice.

Two 12 oz cans from a six pack from Winco, poured into a large dimpled mug. Aroma is malty, bready, caramel, peppery, woody hops. Pours nearly clear deep golden with a one finger bone-white head that settles into a ring and skiff of foam after a minute. Taste has a light caramel malt sweetness backed by moderate herbal hop bitterness. Not bad, but it doesn’t seem as impressive as examples from years past.

Открытие для меня на фесте. Прям очень вкусная пшеничка, как будто не вайцен даже, сладкий бананчик и пшеница, все в балансе. Отлично.

Always excited for this one. Its good but it might not be the best in the history of this line up. Golden to amber color, medium head. Bready, light spicy hop note. Medium bitterness. Extremely drinkable. I've never been to the actual oktoberfest but I've read how marzens are not served there, but rather a lighter golden beer. This makes me wonder how close it is to the actual beers served at ofest in Munich. Not that it matters to the review, I just got curious. Cans from a Publix in Sanford, FL

35cl Blik van Beer Republic. Troebelgele kleur, witte kraag. Erg zoet, tropisch fruit, perzik, passievrucht, alcohol, Punica, echt te zoet dit. Medium body.
