Cask at PoW, Farnborough. Vague floral and caramel aroma. Copper gold. Frothy translucent white head. Medium bitter. Hoppy. Medium bodied. Slick. Flat carbonation. Long astringent finish. More of a hoppy kick than I was expecting, if on the basic side.

18/2/2019. Cask at the Crosse Keys, City of London. Aroma of citrus, berries (blackberries especially) and apples - not entirely convinced it was all by design, don’t know how long the cask has been on, but either way was likeable. Moderate sweetness, light bitter/tartness. Moderate body, slight watery texture, soft carbonation.
